Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
- Item must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Accessories that come in direct contact with skin (due to hygiene concerns)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items that show signs of wear or damage not present at time of shipping
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Submit Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Carefully package your items including:
- Items in original condition with tags
- Original packaging
- Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside

Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-7 business days after return processing
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days may be required by your financial institution
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB purchases refunded to original card
- PayPal purchases refunded to your PayPal account
Deductions
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Exchange Process
Prefer a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same process as returns:
