🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Quick Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsible unless item is defective

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • Item must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories that come in direct contact with skin (due to hygiene concerns)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage not present at time of shipping

Step-by-Step Return Process

1 Submit Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

2 Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.

3 Package and Ship

Carefully package your items including:

  • Items in original condition with tags
  • Original packaging
  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside

4 Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-7 business days after return processing
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days may be required by your financial institution

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB purchases refunded to original card
  • PayPal purchases refunded to your PayPal account

Deductions

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Restocking fees may apply for bulk returns

Exchange Process

Prefer a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same process as returns:

  1. Submit your exchange request via email
  2. Receive authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship your return items to us
  4. We’ll ship your exchanged item once we process your return

Note: Exchange items are subject to availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives.
